How engagements usually work
1. Quick diagnostic. We look at what exists, what’s working, and where friction shows up.
2. Scoped build or cleanup. I implement the agreed-upon structure, forms, or content systems.
3. Documentation and handoff. You receive plain-language notes so the system stays usable.
4. Optional support window. A short period for adjustments or questions if needed.
